What determines the turnaround time?
Mostly list size and how specific the targeting is. A broad niche with a common business type moves faster than a narrow one with several combined criteria.
Do you offer refunds if the list doesn't fit?
We confirm your targeting criteria with you before work begins specifically to avoid this. If something in the delivered list clearly doesn't match what was agreed, tell us and we'll make it right.
How do I choose between Starter, Growth and Scale?
Starter suits a small campaign or a first test of a new niche. Growth fits a more serious outbound push and adds firmographic enrichment such as company size and region. Scale is built for bigger territories or several niches at once, with a multi-region or multi-niche split. If you are between two, tell us your goal and we will point you to the better fit.
What is included in a contact list?
Every list includes business name, address and phone number. Growth and Scale lists are also formatted so they are ready to import into your CRM. Lists are delivered as a CSV or Excel file, so your team can open them straight away in the tools they already use.
Are these lists the same as guaranteed leads?
No. Intovise sells targeted business and contact lists, not guaranteed leads. A list shows you businesses that match your criteria. It does not show who is interested or ready to buy, and we do not promise appointments, sales or revenue.
How does ordering work?

Can I see what a list looks like before I order?

How is Appointment Setting priced compared with lists?
Lists are priced per list, by number of contacts. Appointment Setting and Sales Operations & CRM are priced per hour and scoped to the hours your team needs. You can start with a list, add outreach support later, or use the services separately.
Can you target by ZIP code or a specific area?
Yes. Location is part of your brief. We can build a list for a state, a city, a metro area, a county or specific ZIP codes. Smaller areas can hold fewer businesses, so tell us the areas you cover and we will confirm what is realistic before work begins.
Can I upgrade to a bigger plan later?
Yes. Plenty of clients start with a smaller list to test a niche, then come back for a larger volume once it proves out. There's no penalty for starting small. Just let us know when you're ready and we'll pick up from where the first list left off.
