These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Intovise website and services. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
Intovise provides custom-built B2B contact lists (business name, address, and phone number) built to a customer's specified niche, industry, and region, along with related data services described on our website.
2. Orders and Payment
Pricing for each service tier is listed on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time, including promotional or limited-time pricing. Payment terms will be confirmed when an order is placed. All sales are for custom-built work performed to your specification.
3. Delivery
Turnaround times listed on our website are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary based on order size, complexity, and current demand. We will communicate any expected delays.
4. Acceptable Use of Data
Contact lists provided by Intovise are intended for legitimate business outreach purposes. You are responsible for using any data we provide in compliance with applicable laws, including telemarketing, email marketing, and data protection regulations in your jurisdiction (such as TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or similar laws where applicable).
5. No Guarantee of Results
While we build every list to the specification provided, we do not guarantee any particular business outcome (such as sales, response rates, or appointments) resulting from the use of our data or services.
6. Revisions and Refunds
Where a revision round is included in a plan, it applies to correcting lists that do not match the agreed specification. Refund eligibility, if any, will be handled on a case-by-case basis and communicated at the time of order or dispute.
7. Intellectual Property
The content, design, and branding of this website belong to Intovise. Contact lists delivered to a customer become that customer's to use for their business purposes, but may not be resold as a standalone dataset to third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intovise is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
